Colin and Hanlie are co-founders of Virtuositeam. Hanlie is the behavioural psychologist while Colin is the behaviour change actuary. Virtuositeam was established to help teams become exceptional.
During our careers, we’ve helped teams across the globe address their challenges and create a world in which teamwork is fun. Teams can struggle with basics like communication and openness for a variety of reasons but usually linked to completely natural human responses to workplace influences. Understanding these and knowing why they occur is rarely part of any leader’s training or experience.
We have a combined 50+ years of experience helping managers and executives grow into better leaders. We do this in two ways – firstly, we teach the skills that make teams more effective and efficient, but then we also build the change on our proprietary behaviour change framework, creating lasting change, not just education.
Our training teaches leaders how to create the conditions for change that lasts with access to some of the most effective team strategies from elite sport, US Navy Seals, as well as business.
